This 22-unit assisted living facility is the first structure to be completed in the “Rose Gardens at Santa Teresina” development. The development will take place in four phases and encompasses the 12 acre Santa Teresina Hospital site (2.7 acres in Monrovia and 9.3 acres in Duarte). Over time the grounds will be developed with skilled nursing facilities and assisted living and independent living units in a campus type setting for seniors.
